Cayuga provides a full range of consulting and advisory services for both public and private sector entities with interests in the field of tourism. Well-conceived and high utility marketing programs for destinations, large and small, can be developed for both public and private users.
The group specializes in supporting the interests of two groups of tourism stakeholders: host government and private sector suppliers including hotels, restaurants, airlines, theme parks, etc. Host communities and end user tourists are a necessary consideration of all tourism consulting services and Cayuga can provide the appropriate social scientists to address the concerns of these significant stakeholder groups. Integrated models of tourism development, including concern for inter-generational equity and environmentally sensitive development are a specialty of the group.
Public sector initiatives regarding promotion and development are a specialty of this group. Integrated tourism planning for effective visitation growth along with rational supply/demand controls is the basis of all strategic positioning for destinations. Econometric models can be developed for specific macro and micro applications.
Capacity management along with associated policy development can be fully supported by experienced consultancy members who have multi-lateral public sector experience in this arena of governmental concern.
